Essential functions and responsibilities: 

• Performs cleaning duties to maintain private homes in a clean and healthy manner.
• Performs any combination of the following services to keep private homes clean and healthy.
• Performs all duties in an honest and safe manner; delivers quality, efficient, and courteous service.
• Performs additional project work as assigned by the Team Leader when required, such as oven/grill cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, kitchen cabinet cleaning, and wood floor cleaning.

Compensation:

• In-home cleaning rate start at $10.00/hr during training week and goes to $10.75/hr after a certified course is completed (eligibility based on attendance, quality and efficiency and evaluted after 8 weeks).
• Prep/clean-up and drive time paid at minimum wage (roughly 20%-25% of work day)
• Mileage is reimbursed at $0.31/mile
• Paid time off accrues after 3 months
• Holidays paid after 3 months (good attendance requirements)

Essential Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age Drug free and able to pass a criminal background check
• Have a valid NYS drivers license
• Have a safe and reliable vehicle that can be used to share driving duties with a partner, roughly every-other day
• Able to reliably work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri (somewhat variable based on job loading but typically 30-40 hrs per week)
• Able to lift 20 lbs and perform high-endurance work activity typical with residential housekeeping (climbing stairs, on-and off knees, bending, scrubbing, carrying equipment, etc.)
