Capital lending company is looking for an EA/PA to their CEO and President and to help out with an executive board of 10, paying $45 -- 55k + discretionary bonus. They need someone smart, quick and thick skinned, as this is a sales environment with a lot of strong personalities. Must have good Excel skills and have a clean driving record and valid driver's license. This is an EA/PA blend, where the admin will wear many hats, such as getting the CEOs car, and helping out with special projects, copying, filing, etc.
Company has been in business for 8 years and they are an office of 270 people, 30 -- 40 of which are admins the rest are sales, operations, accounting and legal, located in the Financial District in NYC. No degree is needed, but the right candidate will be aggressive, eager, detail oriented, quick and polished.
