Assistant Customer Service Managers supervise and insure that every customer receives the fastest and most pleasant checkout experience possible through consistent execution and maintenance of Lowes Foods’ Customer Service Standards and Policies. In addition, Assistant Customer Service Managers supervise and perform all functions related to sales related assets. Accountabilities include the Maintenance of Customer Service Standards including working with Customer Service Manager to ensure effective scheduling; enforcement of No Noticeable Wait Policy; training and development of front end employees; cleanliness and sanitation of front end and parking lot; and customer and employee requests, In addition, the Assistant Customer Service Manager is responsible for Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting; Cash Office Security; Cashier/Service Clerk Performance Reports; other Cash Related activities; monitoring and enforcement of Asset Protection and Shrink Control; and all other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to work well with others Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly Ability to read and understand information and direction Knowledge of front end operations Ability to supervise people including training and development Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job Effective communication and customer service skills Must be at least 18 years old Ability to stand for extended periods of time Demonstrate successful use of math skills Ability to work well with computers
