- Sort, scan and distribute incoming mail.
- Review and save video surveillance.
- Write letters of Correspondence.
- Activate Gift Cards.
- Contact restaurant to obtain witness statements.
- Contact restaurant to request an incident report or additional information.
- Upload and Download files through our Claims Management System.
- Contact guests and managing claims.
- High School Graduate or GED
- 1+ year administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
- Customer Service Experience is a plus.
