About this job

***DIRECT HIRE OPPURTUNITY, WORK FROM HOME***

We are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals for a high volume call center.

You will be responsible for answering product questions, addressing service problems, opening customer accounts, maintaining customer records, answering inquiries, fulfilling customer requests, maintaining call center database, and providing product/service information.

$10.00 AN HOUR WITH ABILITY TO MAKE COMMISION (AVERAGE PERSON MAKES $11.35 AN HOUR)
ABLE TO RECEIVE UP TO $500 BONUS EVERY MONTH BASED ON SALES RESULTS
FULL TIME 40 HOURS A WEEK
OPERATES BETWEEN 630AM-MIDNIGHT, BID ON YOUR SHIFT!!

**YOU MUST BE A CURRENT OHIO RESIDENT** The ideal candidate will have great customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills and phone skills.
