Life and Health Insurance Representative - *IMMEDIATE HIRE* - Full-time / Part-time

**IMMEDIATE HIRE**

Now hiring full-time health & life customer service representatives!This position creates and maintains positive customer relationships and responds to customer inquiries regarding products, benefits, and eligibility in a call center environment.

• Each CSR is a representative of our Client to its members and providers.
• CSRs will represent the Client positively and treat all members and providers with respect and dignity demonstrating CSR core competencies.
• Agents will proactively provide information and education to customers, as appropriate, about a variety of health, financial, and self-service programs.
• They will display compassion, respect, and self-confidence when conversing with customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of basic computer
• Previous Health Insurance Experience a Plus, but not required
• Ability to learn
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail
• Good listening and responding skills
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
• Candidate must have at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Stable work history

• MUST HAVE LIFE & HEALTH LICENSE
