Seeking a Sales Coordinator for our client located near Hicksville, NY.

**MUST be able to travel internationally for ten consecutive days for training**

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: administrative functions (answering the phone, taking messages, writing correspondence, filing, etc.) order entry, order confirmations, customer service, shipping orders, customer database maintenance, inventory control, prepare international shipping documents, invoicing, price/product verification, resolve customer disputes and all other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred

At least 5 years of experience as a sales coordinator or administrator with order entry, customer service, and logistics experience preferred

Strong attention to detail

Great multitasking and time management abilities

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
