All positions are located on site in our Kennesaw call center.

Call Center Representative Job Duties:

  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

  • Fulfills customer requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Maintains call center database by entering information.

Qualifications


Qualifications and Education:
HS diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
2-3 years of customer service experience, preferred
1 year of call center experience, preferred
Must be able to pass background check and a drug screen
Available to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
