Must have proven skills and results to collaborate with business group leadership and HR Business Partners to enable the businesses to achieve tactical and strategic sourcing and hiring requirements.
* Responsible for building organizational capability in the recruiting area and for developing and maintaining a high performance talent acquisition 'selling and closing' culture.
* Coordinate the planning and delivery of targeted talent acquisition services that are both effective and efficient through his/her management team.
* Sets direction and is accountable, together with the talent acquisition teams, HR Partners and business teams, to advise and confirm hiring objectives, monitor, measure and report service levels, and maintain cost effective service delivery.
* Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance to all laws and policies, related to sourcing, hiring and on-boarding.
* Reports and escalates any issues or opportunities for improvement or enhanced alignment of people, processes, tools, to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition.
* Possesses in depth knowledge of high-volume recruiting environments and applies proven strategies and resources across the sites to achieve all talent requirements.
* With and through HR Partners and subordinates, establishes and execute strategy to support sites and allow onsite teams to support and retain current clients.
* Ensures consistent local employment branding in collaboration with corporate marketing standards and best practice digital and print advertising strategies.
* Provides superior leadership to the talent acquisition and business teams through coaching, training, advice and counsel on complex issues relating to implementation of recruiting requirements. Ensures solid recruiter training and performance development, incentive, and disciplinary processes, in alignment with Alorica employment policies and practices.
* Serves as escalation point for talent acquisition and staffing teams, to resolve and ensure strong business partnerships that result in achievement of hiring targets and reduce attrition, especially first 90 days of new hires.
* Works with the HR Partners and respective business groups to develop annual and quarterly talent acquisition plans, including internal promotion processes, requisition management, attrition targets, job description reviews, etc. that result in a competitive talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection strategy, securing only the best talent for Alorica.
Knowledge and Skills
The Alorica Recruitment Manager, SWAT Talent Acquisition must demonstrate thorough knowledge and skilled experience in the following areas.
* Complexity - must have excellent influencing and communication skills and possess sufficient professional gravitas to drive results. Strong emotional maturity and business acumen required.
* Empowerment - thinks independently and acts collaboratively with natural self-confidence to recommend and implement effective service delivery. Assess required skills, behaviors, traits and attributes of recruiting positions
* Sales and Closing Acumen - Demonstrated success in high volume hiring environments, ramp up and replacement is critical.
* Quality - Significantly impact retention of new hires (90-day and long-term metrics).
* Hiring Community Satisfaction - Measure and report hiring manager satisfaction based feedback from hiring managers as pulse measurements of client satisfaction and build quarterly, unified reports on client satisfaction, candidate experience, turnover by group at the group, division, and account levels.
* Tools and Standardization - Standardize, gain approval and implement hiring profiles and interview questionnaires at sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection levels.
* Recruiting Team Competence - Ensure that all recruiters assigned to job reqs and recruiting support team members have the skills, knowledge and experience to meet all staffing and recruiting needs of the enterprise.
* Professionalism and Business Acumen - Ensure recruiting staff is professional, responsive and competent to carry out their responsibilities on a daily basis. Provide training, performance guidance and discipline as required. Requisition management (aging and balancing)
* Diversity and Inclusive Environment - Partner with the business group leaders and HR Business Partner to identify diversity strategies, resulting in a diverse slate of qualified candidates for every job. Knowledge of targeted or niche boards to attract the desired diverse population.
* Compliance Adherence - Support and mentor hiring managers and recruiters on employments law, issues, problem resolution and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) required to perform their respective roles in the talent acquisition process.
* Office Applications - Knowledge of and experience in MS Office, Outlook, contact management processes and applicant tracking systems, Taleo strongly preferred.
* Labor Market Consulting - Ensure the management team, recruiters and HR Partners have access to data to advise on targeted labor markets. Be able to consult on site selections with current labor data.
* Virtual Business Acumen - Be comfortable and talented working in a multi-site recruiting environment, work effectively in virtual relationship settings and perform with cultural sensitivity while achieving business results.


Qualifications

* Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
* 7 - 10+ years talent acquisition experience, 4 - 6+ years progressive experience in a leadership capacity.
* Proven results in leading high performing recruiting teams, both in office and virtually.
* Strong results in high-volume, professional, and management recruitment, including experience handling large ramp up projects.
* Ability to develop strong business relationships and manage expectations.
