Responsibilities include:

Efficiently routing/managing Technicians in order to maximize revenues

Training and Certifying Technicians in all aspects of work

Maintaining consistent high quality of Technician service

Timely resolving field operational issues on daily basis

Minimizing Technician missed stops and revenues

Tracking, managing and auditing company inventory
