Customer Service Center representatives are responsible for answering incoming calls, making outgoing phone calls, responding to customer email / internet correspondences. While doing this you will maintain accurate records on each call, notating each call in the computer system.

This position is all about solving customer problems! Sometimes that takes some detective work.

Expected to ask for add-ons or up-sell on every call

Shift- M-F 10-7pm rotating Saturday during busy season
training is 9-5pm or 9-4pm
