Production Worker

Responsible for operating a trim or laminating machine.

Must Have:

Inspect Coils
Cut and Trim material
Read/Use micrometer and caliper
Load machines with coil and rolls
Set up Machine
Monitor Machine
Operate Machine

-Mainly responsible for inspecting rewind coils
-Required to cut/trim material to customer specs
-Must be able to read/use digital or automated measuring devices to determine specified lengths
-Inspect product for quality and dimensions
-Use micrometer to check gauge/thickness of product
-Required to document production reports
-Responsible for loading machines with product which would be rolls or coils

Additional Responsibilities:
Greasing bearings of machines, all other PM's is directed to Maintenance.
Responsible for maintaining accurate hand documentations. (product used, quality checks, etc).
Responsible for startup, shutdown of equipment.
Will be asked to learn how to run other pieces of equipment throughout the plant.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Adhere to all saftey policies.
Other duties may be asked.


-1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
-Ability to load machines with material
-Must be able to lift 25lbs + during shift
-Required to have strong attention to detail to inspect product
-Need legible hand writing for production reports
-Familiar with measuring devices, micrometer
-Able to do basic math, addition and subtraction

7AM - 5PM


M-F 12 Hour shifts (60 hour work week each week).
OT often required on Fridays, per production needs - 60 hour work weeks).
