Mold Operators all shifts needed NOW! Effective this week New Pay Rates Start rate of pay $9.30/hr. Perfect attendance raises at 30 days $9.55/hr, 60 days $9.80/hr and 90 days $10.05/hr . As a Mold Operator this is a Temp to Hire position after 90 days. If you meet the roll over qualifications your pay rate will go to $12.03/hr.
