Customer Service Job Description:
- Answer a high volume of phone calls from customers
- Answer questions regarding pricing, order status, product knowledge
- Troubleshoot and navigate through website
- Work with state of the art technology with top notch products and services
Customer Service Qualifications:
- 6 month Customer Service experience
- Call center is NOT required - retail, food service, etc.
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Interest in the beauty industry - relevant to the campaign
- Ability to provide good reference
