Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Candidate will be expected to learn policy and procedures as well as Pelzer's product line. They will be expected immediately to exhibit leadership and ensure that employees are maintaining production numbers and company standards.
Job Description-
Candidate will be in charge of production and or maintenance employees. Candidate will be expected to handle training, production goals, discipline, auditing pay roll, safety, and correcting any production/quality errors.
Needs to have prior supervisory experience
