Summary
Aerotek is currently searching for a talented individual to join a leading Healthcare company as a Contract Assistant. The Contract Assistant is directly responsible to for the administrative tasks and responsibilities involved in the contracts between the company and managed care payers.
Description
- Consolidation of case information on multiple windows, identify key information, create one main Case
- Coordinate selected registration, scheduling, faxing, billing and reporting for contracts. (Maintaining logs, faxing, billing and reports and bills, scheduling appointments with physician's offices, verifying information, entering data, generating reports, etc.)
- Make outbound calls to help verify and complete any missing information
- Work with Case Managers to assure that information and expectations are communicated in an effective manner.
- Develop and maintain medical records to assure that all information is received, recorded and filed in the appropriate manner; data will be coming from both patients and providers
- Entering and maintaining information, medical services, claims and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Required - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Healthcare experience and plus
