Finisher

Aerotek is hirng for 1st shift finishers for custom cabinets. Candidates would be performing finishing duites, using paint brushes, hand sanders, and other hand tools. They manufacture entire cabinet orientations for kitchens, bathrooms etc. They also do custom woodworking of trim work and stairs for commercial and residential contractors.

Job Description:

- Candidate will be working in the pre-finish department applying stain and topcoat to various wood products, sanding, painting, applying puddy, doing visual inspections and loading/unloading the products. There may be some manual application of stain and paint. They work with waterbased stains and paints, so there is very little odor.
- Candidate may also assist with warehouse duties, including putting away of stock, and assisting of loading and unloading of product.
- Candidate will also be doing general housekeeping, including picking up trash and sweeping.
