Job Duties
-Will take inbound calls from the main line through a dialer system
-Take repeated inbound calls to diagnose how to best assist a patient
-Empathize with patients over the phone and help them as much as possible
-Transfer calls to departments as needed
-Schedule appointment with Physicians depending on what is wrong with the patient
-Fully understand what Physicians specialize in to ensure you are scheduling patients with the correct doctors
