Seeking qualified individuals for a Production Supervision position for a local protein manufacturuer in the Buffalo area. These individuals should have :
-Previous supervisory experience
-2+ years of supervisor experience and manage 30+ people on a shift
-Ability to think critically and problem solve
-References must confirm ability to work well with a team, and strong communication skills
Anyone selected for the production supervisor position will be responsible for supervising, scheduling and directing the 1st shift contract and direct employees.
