Construction Admin:
We are looking for a strong construction admin who will be responsible for working closely with 4 Project Managers, subs and vendors. During the day they will be working with vendors, doing bidding, change orders, submitting RFI's, and working with contracts.
Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm
Business office, but a construction like environment. People will be very fast paced, it can get loud, but you need to be able to be on the phones and go after bids and also have attention to detail with data entry.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a construction admin
- Working knowledge of construction software is needed (SAGE, Masterbuilder)
- Experience working closely with vendors, working on PO's, submitting RFI's
- Must also have experience tracking bidding and going after bids
