POSITION SUMMARY:
In a call center environment, you are responsible for accurately and appropriately booking, organizing, tracking and coordinating Consultant and Client schedules. As one of the first points of contact, you are expected to professionally represent the company and to inform potential clients about services provided.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Accurate, timely appointment scheduling for clients to Client Consultant's schedules.
  • Answer and place calls, providing service with a smile!
  • Use time management and creative problem solving skills to meet service goals.
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Answer Front Desk Coordinator overflow calls with great customer service manner and transfer calls or take messages as directed and according to company policy.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.
