Polisher - Full-time / Part-time

A growing residential and commercial stone, granite, and manufactured countertop producer is seeking qualified candidates for entry-level polishing roles. These are long-term positions that are looking for long-term commitment with a family oriented work environment, with strong values, and that promotes from within.

• Production workers must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions.
• Must complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Workers must be safety oriented and able to stay focused and on task.
• Very wet workspace and will have to wear no slip boots and rain gear (provided) in a loud fabrication environment.
• Willingness to cross-train on multiple jobs, within and outside of department.
• You will be using a square and straight edge to check stone and to lay out stone for anchor holes and edge treatment.
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Must be able comfortable working with polishing and stone working tools and tape measures.
• The nature of all production positions is repetitive motions for extended periods of time.

Shifts:

Swing: Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 10:30pm plus possible overtime
