Associates and Managers - Part-time

Do you recall who lost the Super Bowl last year? Or who lost the World Series? Like most people, you probably don’t. Being #2 can be a thankless job, but at Fazoli’s being a part of the team carries a lot of responsibility! We'll train and promote employees looking for a great opportunity.

 

The Associate works all areas of the Restaurant, takes care of our Guests and facility. Let us be your first job, we train in all areas of our business.

 

The Associate Manager provides leadership and supervision on assigned shifts, including designated meal periods.  In addition to preparing the restaurant and coaching associates to get the job done, Associate Managers are responsible for assisting in “taking the money to the bank” and participate in sales building activities which may include off-site catering functions.

 

 

 

 •High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

 •12+ months restaurant management experience.

 •Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

 •Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

 •Must successfully clear routine and periodic background and reference checking processes.

 •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to provide proof of automobile insurance upon request.
