We are looking for someone to work along side a current project manager in the ceiling & painting division for commercial customers.They will need to run crews and jobs for USA Renovations, Inc. We need someone who has been in the field and has computer and office skills.
Requirements-
- Preferred Experience in painting professionally and or experience in ceiling tile/grid
- Must know how to use Outlook and Excel
- Must be able to manage/schedule crews and jobs
- Must have at least 2 years in the field as a project coordinator/crew lead/ project manager
- Must have at least 1 year in-office experience
- Understands plans and specs
- A Plus if you are bilingual
- Has at least a high school diploma
We really need someone who can adapt in any situation and has a thick skin. In this industry it is needed. The perfect candidate would be someone who is organized, efficient, self motivational, and who can set their own deadlines and complete projects with high quality standards in a timely manner within budget.We need someone who has ran crews or lead crews before and has some sort of painting experience and or ceiling tile/grid so that you have knowledge in products and service.
