Inventory role
with ordering product to assist Pharmacy Mail Order filling and
packing. Filing POs for record retention. Assist Pharmacy floor with
checking expiration dates, cycle counts and receiving product as needed.

This role is the help order all incoming product
to assist and support the Mail Order Pharmacy Operations. The position
is in a fast past environment with high quality expectations. Must be
able to learn and absorb information quickly. Excellent Attendance
practices is a must.
Positions in this function assist in monitoring
drug inventory within pharmacy mail order computer system. Processes
drug purchases, verifies shipments against invoices, follows up on
discrepancies. Maintains proper storage of drug inventory. Monitors and
adjusts/calibrates pharmacy equipment, fills dispensing units.
Processes, packs and ships outgoing pharmacy orders. Pharmacy Technician
positions will require state registration/licensure as applicable.
 
Prefer a Pharmacy Technician. Must be proficient
with Email and Microsoft Office program. Be able to Multi Task and
change priorities as needed. Need to be able to catch on to new
processes quickly and be able to problem solve. Out of the box thinker
on ways to improve current processes to help meet and exceed Inventory
company goals.Primary Responsibilities:
Moderate work experience within own functionSome work is completed without established proceduresBasic tasks are completed without review by othersSupervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks

Requirements

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED1+ years of Medication/Pharmacy Product knowledge 1+ years of experience with Healthcare Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), which includes the ability to create/edit/read spreadsheets, emails and documents Preferred Qualifications: Previous Technician experience Previous Ordering/Product experienceSoft Skills: Attention to detail
