Summary

Leads Talent Acquisition Coordinators to deliver a consistent and positive TJX employment brand experience to all candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aligns all Talent Acquisition Coordinator functions and behaviors to the Talent Acquisition vision; acquire the best talent.

  • Develops, designs and implements candidate/employment best practices including interview scheduling processes, candidate logistics, candidate and internal leader scheduling, on-site candidate experience, internal candidate interview packages.

  • Ensures all recruitment and employment best practices are applied consistently to every candidate and process.

  • Leverages tools, resources and data to design and implement innovative improvements to the recruitment experience.

  • Measures and evaluates the return on investment with all expenses, projects and applied processes.

  • Creates metrics to measure performance as well as candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Models and delivers the TJX values of respect, fairness, honesty, friendliness and fun.

  • Teaches Talent Acquisition Coordinators the fundamentals of candidate management including: communication with candidates and internal leaders, planning and routines, calendar management, travel logistics and selling TJX employment opportunities.

  • Ensures Talent Acquisition Coordinators to deliver a world-class candidate experience.

  • Trains Talent Acquisition coordinators on how to evaluate candidate resumes, conduct candidate assessments and evaluate a candidate’s experience as aligned to the job description and requirements.

  • Responsible for ensuring Talent Acquisition Coordinators to act as a business partner and liaison to both recruiters and hiring manager.

  • Facilitates problem-solving of others

  • Develops staff through stretch assignments, frequent discussions and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

  • Drives sense of urgency and understanding regarding the need to staff open positions.

  • Evaluates workload and priorities. Balances assignments throughout the Talent Acquisition Coordinator organization.

  • Solves problems quickly by leveraging available tools, resources and people.

  • Strong understanding of Recruiting and HR Concepts, policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated success developing direct reports

  • Excels at communicating clearly and concisely with all levels of leadership; written and verbal

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and personal information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum Formal Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience

7+ years Recruiting and/or HR experience
