- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Typing 30 wpm
- Ability to showcase maturity and empathy in active listening and understanding customer needs
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications
- 6 - 12 months experience in a customer support environment is preferred
- Handle and respond to constant inbound phone calls via telephone and occasional email inquiries
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals
- Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues
- Demonstrate the ability to create, add, edit and troubleshoot within the client system
