Industrial Maintenance (Mechanic) - Negotiable Pay Rates - Full-time

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping plant equipment and facilities operationally efficient with regard to mechanical repair, working order and in constant production mode at all times. Work Shift:

This position is a night shift position that works the same shift pattern on night shift from 5:45pm – 6:00am with rotating days of the week. The shift pattern is known as a “2 2 3” rotation that provides every other weekend off. (Example: Mon & Tue work; Wed & Thu off; Fri Sat Sun work; Mon & Tue off; Wed & Thu work; Fri Sat Sun off). Some overtime may be available based on business needs.


Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical / mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and changeover plant equipment as necessary with minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as required.
• Must continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work experience.
• Must have previous experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Previous industrial experience required. 3+ years preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of various types of pumps, conveying systems and other various types of machinery (process and high speed packaging equipment).
