We're not in the wing business.  We're in the flavor business.  It's been our mission to serve the world flavor since we first opened shop in '94, and we're just getting started.  Wingstop is the destination when you crave fresh never faked wings, hand-cut seasoned fries and any of our famous sides. For people who demand flavor in everything they do, there's only Wingstop - because it's more than a meal, it's a flavor experience.

ROLE

Wingstop cooks are tasked with preparing all of the Wingstop menu items perfectly, for each and every guest, each and every day.  The back of house crew is responsible for delivering the taste experience that has made Wingstop a guest favorite. Preparing food includes: unloading boxes, temping, washing, slicing and trimming, pouring, mixing, frying, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.  The back of house crew will coordinate the cooking of all items so that they are prepared, hot and fresh, at the appropriate time. Timing is essential to get Seasoned Fries that are piping hot every time.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets and abbreviations.


• Use good judgment to know when Wings are “perfectly” done (timers and basket positions).


• Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily.


• Practice safe cooking procedures.


• Sauce and garnish the Bone-in Wings, Boneless Wings and Strips.


• Properly package the wings into the final container.


• Provide a nice presentation of wings in the packaging.


• Know, thoroughly understand and execute ongoing cleaning procedures for their position and shift.


• Assist in unloading delivery boxes. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.


• Assist in keeping kitchen clean throughout the shift.


• Clean at closing.


• Assist other employees as needed.


• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience. 

Help wanted for national franchise restaurant in North Brunswick, NJ. Managerial experience a big plus, as we eventually are looking to groom into Shift Leaders/Managers. 

We are currently looking for part-time and full-time employees, who would like to become a part of our family and grow with us as we build out multiple new restaurants in the Central NJ market.

We are seeking mature, responsible, professional people, who thrive for customer satisfaction. Full-time and part-time available. Everyone typically gets dual trained in all areas. Restaurant prep/cooking experience a big plus. Bi-lingual in Spanish also a plus.
