PrideStaff is partnered with several companies that are seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives in the Agricultural Industry.
Customer Service Representative duties include:
- Maintain flow of information with customers, sales staff and other departments throughout the order process.
- Process orders received from domestic or international customers and sales staff.
- Monitor all orders through the process to insure on time delivery to meet customer’s expectations.
- Monitor pricing in the system
- Maintain accurate and up to date files with customer and country requirements.
- Process credits and adjustments.
- Cross train within the department to insure adequate coverage during absences.
- Provide receptionist phone relief on a rotating basis with other CSRs.
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an agricultural, or related feild.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the agricultural field.
- Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Typing 35 wpm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to present 2 business references
- Must be able to submit to drug and alcohol test
- Must be willing to do background check when required
