    PrideStaff is partnered with several companies that are seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives in the Agricultural Industry.


    Customer Service Representative duties include:
    • Maintain flow of information with customers, sales staff and other departments throughout the order process.
    • Process orders received from domestic or international customers and sales staff.
    • Monitor all orders through the process to insure on time delivery to meet customer’s expectations.
    • Monitor pricing in the system
    • Maintain accurate and up to date files with customer and country requirements.
    • Process credits and adjustments.
    • Cross train within the department to insure adequate coverage during absences.
    • Provide receptionist phone relief on a rotating basis with other CSRs.
    Job Requirements:

    • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an agricultural, or related feild.
    • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the agricultural field.
    • Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
    • Typing 35 wpm
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Must be able to present 2 business references
    • Must be able to submit to drug and alcohol test
    • Must be willing to do background check when required
