If you are a self-motivated and ambitious individual with the desire to reach your full professional potential, join our management team at Carrols LLC, the largest and growing franchise of Burger King Restaurants! We are seeking levelheaded and outgoing Assistant Restaurant Managers to supervise a team of employees as they prepare and serve food. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Carrols, you will train your team in food preparation, develop employees to advance in the succession plan and train your team in customer service as well as safety and sanitation procedures. You will compile and balance cash receipts at the end of your shifts and perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation and payroll duties. You will also supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.

We are currently seeking experienced General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Assistant Managers for our locations in Mahwah, Saddle Brook, Bergenfield, Wayne, and Haskell, NJ!
 
We will pay for your talent and experience – We offer up to $50k per year!
