The Job Window is hiring for a progressive, rapidly expanding event marketing firm!  Our client is looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Associate​ to work with clients from leading industries across the country with a strong focus in the promotional retail event industry!

What you’ll do as a Customer Relations & Sales Associate:

• Proactively approach and consult with customers in-store to identify and sell a variety of products and services new to the marketplace that meet their wants/needs.
• Develop exceptional customer relationship management (CRM).
• Listen and understand client needs and provide advice on how they can be met by products and services offered with the goal of acquiring new customer subscriptions. (Face-to-face consumer interaction at in-field campaigns will be required).
• Complete subscription transaction paperwork to initiate or update any customer subscriptions
• Provide customers with a positive sales and customer service experience and meet sales quotas and service objectives.

We look for a few critical attributes that each candidate must possess:

• 1-2 years’ experience in retail, sales, direct marketing, customer service, and other environments providing front-line, interactive customer support preferred but not required.
