They create sustainable market growth for their client’s brands.  This firm is looking for a Client Account Representative to maintain sales and customer acquisition excellence and establish relationships with consumers on behalf of their clients.

This firm’s unique sales campaigns are tailored to each client’s company culture.  They are well known for their excellent customer acquisition and sales skills and ability to boost client visibility and target the most relevant audiences for each account.  Due to continued success with their key client accounts, they are in need of a full time Client Account Representative to assist in the customer account management, sales, and new business development efforts of their new campaign!

Responsibilities of the Client Account Representative:
  • Interact directly with consumers to assure high quality customer service and client service to encourage sales of client products.
  • Provide accurate product recommendations, process customer orders, and report sales progress to each client account.
  • Consult with business owners to present solutions and nurture business relationships for each account to optimize market brand share, increase customer engagement, and facilitate sales of featured products/services.
  • Build strong customer relationships to promote and grow client sales and generate product/service demand for each account.
  • Exceed new and repeat customer acquisition and new/repeat business targets.

Requirements

Qualifications of the Client Account Representative:
  • Experience in sales, field sales, telesales, B2B sales, field marketing, product demonstrations, and associated fields providing direct sales support an asset.
  • Able to confidently liaise with clients and consumers and finalize sales of products and/or professional services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail oriented outlook and ability to multi-task.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work individually and in a team environment to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for growth and success and willing to work hard in an entry level position.
