Requirements:

• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be 18 years of age and older
• Have motivation to be a self starter
• Ensure cleaning on a rotation
• Take care of recycling, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, lobby, grills, balconies, and furniture
• Help housekeepers in units, strip units, move furniture, etc.
• Help count clean and dirty linen
• Must be able to deliver rollaways and cribs.
• Must shovel snow off balconies.
• Must be able to lift, pick up, and push 50 lbs. and more
• Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and reach out.
• Must follow safety policy and OSHA guides
• Must work in random schedule, holidays, weekends, and over time when required
• Must have English skills, and costumer service, be able to communicate with our guest, owners, and employees
• Must be have a positive and friendly attitude toward others
