In the Real Estate industry, marketing has evolved with an emphasis on face to face coordination and social media. In order to meet the demand for customer interaction, Real Estate firms are looking for personable, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to work as Real Estate Marketing Consultants. Sometimes referred to as an agent, the Real Estate Marketing Consultant Position is best suited to tech-savvy individuals with good people skills, and a passion for customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with customers face to face, over phone and email, and on social media platforms.
  • Educate customers on the current real estate market.
  • Discover and cater to the motives of the buyer and seller.
  • Answer questions about Real Estate transactions.
  • Use technology to manage a large database of customer.
  • Advise and assist clients on financial decisions.
  • Mediate conflicts that arise during transactions.
