About this job


Act as a liaison for CEO & Director of Communications in all matters with confidentiality
Field media requests regularly & maintain media/press database; contribute to brainstorming and creative meetings
Create press materials i.e. press releases, press clips, press kits, media advisories, captions & others as assigned
Pitch clients & stories to media outlets to garner media interest; produce content for social media & monitor activity
Research media outlets to support clients and projects; monitor trends, current events, and industry related news
Plan and facilitate media-driven events; handled venue walk-thrus, escorted talent, RSVPs, press and managed volunteers
Arrange meetings, conferences, luncheons & etc.; sent & receive mail and packages; manage expenses and invoices
Schedule and book domestic & international travel and transportation; Answer & screen all calls and took massages

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant out of Public Relations, Advertising or Entertainment.
