Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for managing customer projects from beginning to end. Manage and maintain overall customer relations through project accuracy, communication, and service for all of our retail packaging product lines. The Customer account rep is responsible for providing effective customer service and project management for all internal and external customers with in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within our clients business
Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales and production team regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Manage efficiency and account order entry procedures regarding, estimating, planning, product/project sampling and production scheduling.
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Work closely with sales team and production to reduce lead times, ensure quality, and provide on time delivery of projects.
- Maintain proactive communication and management of customer objectives and requirements.
- Assist product development team by confirming client order receipt & entering them and project specifics into the Visual ERP system as needed.
- Coordinate shipment of customer’s completed product, including freight quotes, and communicate preferred method of shipment in a timely manner
- Serve as primary point of customer contact for specified Packaging accounts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 3 Years of relevant work experience in a similar role, commercial printing manufacturing/customer service environment
Experience with Visual manufacturing ERP software or similar is highly preferred.
Understanding of Adobe Illustrator files preferred
