Aerotek is currently seeking Production Supervisor candidates in the Tualatin area. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/experience:
-Background in manufacturing is highly preferred
-Responsibilities for this position would include: supervision of the Assembly area, production personnel, activities, meeting the production schedule, and coordinating with Assembly Production Engineer
-Experience managing 20+ employees
-Microsoft Office proficiency
-Experience with ISO standards
-Proven experience doing root cause analysis of problems, creating solutions, and implementing them to meet goals
