About this job

Aerotek is looking for candidates with the following skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service- Call Center experience
  • Minimum 6 months of Data Entry Experience
  • Organization/Ability to Multi-task

The position would be fielding ALL calls into the company and transferring to the appropriate person. The calls would be inbound and outbound daily.

The candidate would be responsible for providing excellent customer service on all calls, taking orders, issues regarding out of pocket expenses, transferring calls, scheduling appointments, and order entry.
