Need call center experience

Reason: Outreach work on behalf of Corporate and State Plans to support Quality Measures.

Interventions, reaching out to make sure appointments are made and kept by current members.

Duties:
Will be on the phone, outbound outreach phone calls to Market Place members encouraging them to seek services before the end of year. Majority outbound calls and some inbound calls. Working with Provider Offices to schedule preventative care appointments for members. Also, if a HEDIS measure pops up addressing that with the member.

Summary: Respond to telephone inquiries from both Molina Members and Providers and provide accurate, efficient, and courteous service.

Essential Functions:
��� Respond to incoming calls from members and providers excluding provider claims calls.
��� Achieve individual performance goals as it relates to call center objectives
��� Engage and collaborate with other departments as applicable
��� Comply with workplace safety standards
��� Comply with regulatory requirements
��� Demonstrate positive working relationships with peers and effectively manage conflict
��� Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled
��� Show flexibility in meeting changing performance objectives consistent with Molina and department objectives
