Drive CDL trash truck to residential areas
Make stops for laborer to gather trash
Will be trained with a Driver for the first week; will be responsible for picking up trash, need to learn the job and be able to assist when necessary.
Once training is complete drivers are not obligated to help pick trash but it is helpful to support driver helpers for heavier loads.
