Seeking Customer Service Representative for an inbound call center. Candidates will be answering phone calls for Johnson & Johnson's LifeScan line of business and involve the following duties:
Answering inbound phone calls from customers with diabetic supplies, including glucose meters. Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues including technical problems. Work with multiple computer programs including Microsoft Outlook to send emails, and toggling through multiple screens and the Johnson & Johnson CRM.
Candidates must have customer service experience, a computer proficiency of 35+ WPM as well as phone skills/call experience.
