AIM's Client Development team is seeking an experienced healthcare Account Executive to manage and coordinate account service and performance management activities as the primary contact for retention and growth of a complex group of AIM accounts.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Provides strategic account development planning including understanding account values, vision, and measures of success in the respective health plan's market.

* Partners with other AIM teams to promote customer satisfaction, retention and drive enhanced value to our health plan clients via targeted AIM solutions.

* Leads Project and program execution and monitoring including acting as the single point of contact for the account regarding service delivery, issue resolution, and reporting.

* Works with internal AIM and health plan contacts to successfully implement new AIM solutions in a timely and effective manner.

* Monitors, manages, and communicates AIM's overall value and proposition individually and in partnership with other AIM management team members.

* Identifies and leads sales/expansion opportunities including management and delivery of timely and accurate sales pipeline forecasting for assigned account base in AIM's CRM system.

* Facilitates and builds strategic relationship development with Senior Health Plan Executives.

* Lead the contract renewal/negotiation and implementation process for existing/new accounts; including ensuring pricing and contract terms are aligned with AIM profitability targets.

* Participates in efforts to support standardization across accounts as well as multi-disciplinary team to design and implement product operational enhancements.

* Serves as the internal voice for health plan clients and broader market needs for all new AIM solution development efforts.

* Demonstrates strong analytical and presentation skills in support of strategic account management and membership expansion targets.

* Trains and mentors entry level Account Management staff.

Qualifications

The Successful Candidate will have:

* Bachelor's Degree

* Seven years' experience in health plan management, account management or IT systems/business process consulting is preferred

* or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* Master's Degree preferred

* Experience in provider network management, health benefits management, care management, or call centers in health care industry preferred.

* Deep understanding of the healthcare industry important.

* Management consulting experience is a plus.

* Ability to travel approximately 10 percent of time
