About this job
Express Employment Professionals of Littleton is seeking temporary customer service representatives for an Open Enrollment project in locations such as Broomfield, Northglenn, Aurora and Denver! This position does not require previous experience, but does require someone friendly and outgoing, as you will be answering questions regarding Flexible Spending Accounts and Healthcare Savings Accounts.
Hours will vary, but the events will last 2 hours, and you will be paid for 4 hours, plus mileage reimbursement. Compensation is $16/hr.
Provide friendly and outstanding customer service.
Maintain and build positive relationships with clients and employees.
Clearly communicate answers and solutions to participants regarding their FSA benefits.
Understand each client’s specific plan provisions (to be provided by client)
Show up on time for each scheduled event.
Maintain an adequate stock of materials and pick up additional materials as needed from the office.
Be familiar with resources, including the website and online portal.
Communicate questions and issues to the appropriate contact.
