Inbound calls from insured or potential insured- assisting customers with billing questions, status of payments, requested changes to policy, and taking claim information.
They will be taking calls regarding copies of cards, billings, no sales, documentation, and additions to the policy. They will be handling 80-100+ inbound calls a day
