About this job
A civil engineering EIT or PE with a minimum of 4 years' experience in design, permitting and construction administration of commercial land development and other similar project types. The candidate must be experienced in technical design of project sites including site layout plans, site grading and drainage plans, water and sanitary sewer drainage utility plans, erosion control plans and associated calculations. In addition the candidate must be comfortable performing due diligence investigations for potential project sites, as well as permitting through various approval agencies such as Florida DOT, Florida DEP, Stormwater Management Districts and local municipal level permitting.
