Interested in getting into the Human Resources field? Colorado Mountain Express has the opportunity for you, we are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented member to join our team as an HR Cooridnator.The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for a wide variety of data entry functions and must also be willing and able to assist in all aspects of HR. The position will be primarily responsible for processing employee data using PeopleSoft and JJ Keller Driver management software systems. Must be willing to commit to a set schedule during ramp- up and travel to other locations. Work through December and have a pass for the season!
Responsibilities Include(but not limited to):
- Data entry processing and front desk duties
- Front desk duties include but not limited to verifying I-9 documents, creating driver files per DOT regulations, completing required paperwork and ensuring all documentation is thoroughly completed and validated in a timely fashion
- Answer basic HR questions and help communicate policies and benefits to new and/or returning employees

Requirements:
HS Degree or equivalent
1-3 years experience with Microsoft office
1-3 years customer service experience
Minimum 1 year administrative/data entry experience
High degree of confidentiality
Must be able to work in fast paced environment
Must be available to work Saturday’s, Sunday’s and holidays
