We've got the keys to a great opportunity as an Overnight Valet Attendant in our Guest Services department. If your idea of a great day is a good night, here's what a typical day is like in the life of a Highland Overnight Valet Team Member:BASIC PURPOSE: Assist arriving and departing guests by: Providing a warm and courteous greeting, opening and closing doors for incoming and outgoing guests, loading and unloading guest luggage. Escort arriving guests to their room, while orienting them to the hotel. Highlight hotel special features and amenities. Park vehicles in the hotel garage for all arriving hotel guest and non-guest and maintain cleanliness and safety in the parking garage. Assist with overnight Room Service orders and deliveries, as needed. Respond to guest incidents and adhere to established emergency protocols, as applicable.Successful candidates will possess a valid un-expired Texas Driver's License and proof of a clean driving record. Must be able to operate both a manual and automatic transmission to ensure safe and efficient operations of all vehicles as assigned.
