About this job
These candidates will be working in 4 different areas ranging from staging smaller materials, to the floor joist line (need to lift 75 lbs for about 3 seconds at waist hight and move it about 3 ft. Do that about every 3-5 minutes. They will work in this area for about a week and then rotate to easier areas.
Another area they will pick their own plates (light metal plates with teeth that hold the rafters together) and they will tack them into boards with their hammer per the blueprint. Prints are easy to read, but they need to be able to read a tape. Some are even displayed with a laser on where to put it.
6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
6:00am-2:30pm Some Fridays (OT)
