MUST HAVES:
Experienced in customer service
Strong writing skills/professional demeanor.
Import or export experience (import more preferable)
Job Description:
1) Person will be reading through incoming orders and handling processing of the information from either German or Chinese plants.
2) Plans and coordinates delivery dates with customers based on product availability
3)Plans and coordinates shipment with overseas logistics personnel
Work with orders of 2-3 lines of data, will be working through contracts and ensuring everything will be delivered to customer within compliance.
Qualification:
Proficient user of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point
Logistics Experience with import / export operations and rail and tank movements
College Education preferred but will consider candidates with equivalent experience.SAP experience, proficient
SOFT SKILLS
Ability to multi-task, work independently, work in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
